The Art of Service Pty Ltd. (TAOS) is a product development and IT Services Provider that focuses on organizational improvement in the IT departments of both public and private sector organizations. TAOS has become a leader in the provision of IT Service Management using ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library).

TAOS offers services and products to support the implementation of IT Service Management with ITIL; consultancy and research, education and training.

In achieving TAOS’s unique suite of products we have built upon the ITIL Framework, the major implementation process for ITSM.  The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) contains a comprehensive description of the processes involved in managing IT infrastructure.

The Art of Service is expanding the service delivery to South East Asia, Europe and the United States through channel partners and joint ventures. With its online training centre, TAOS has expanded its service offering to the global market.

Education

The Art of Service delivers accredited IT Service Management education courses.

The Art of Service is fully accredited for ITIL Service Management training and consultancy by meeting the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 certified IT Service Managers full time employed
  • Education providers have at least 5 years of practical experience
  • ISO 9000 (or similar) certified
  • Financially stable
  • Course material according to worldwide standards set by ISEB/EXIN
